Mediterranean Snack Foods provides legume based products that are baked, naturally protein-rich, trans-fat free and gluten-free certified. You can find Baked Lentil Chips® or Lentil Crackers, HummuZ crispz, and more snacks for people with special dietary needs.

I was able to try the Mediteranean Baked Lentil Chips in these flavors:
Sea Salt: has 3g fat per serving, 3g of fiber per serving, 4g protein per serving and 110 calories per serving.
Cracked Pepper: has 3g fat per serving, 4g of fiber per serving, 4g protein per serving and 120 calories per serving.
Parmesan Garlic: has 3g fat per serving, 3g of fiber per serving, 4g protein per serving and 110 calories per serving
They have three more flavor varieties to choose from: Rosemary, Roasted Pepper, and Cucumber Dill

These chips are celiac & vegetarian friendly,  non-GMO & no trans fat, are a great source of fiber and have 70% less fat than regular potato chips. Lentils are high in protein, iron, vitamin B1 and essential minerals to help with a healthy diet. They are very crunchy and not greasy or salty. These great tasting lentil chips are very crunchy and great for snacking, dipping with hummus and as a topping.

I also tried the Lentil Crackers in the Sea Salt flavor. These oven baked crackers are also gluten free, low fat and a good source of protein. These are crispy and very tasty. I can't wait to try the other flavors: Rosemary Herb and Cracked Pepper. The crackers are very good with hummus also.

  1. I like the Baked Lentil Chips called Parmesan Garlic. Also I like Mediterranean Snacks because they are naturally protein-rich, and baked, not fried!
