We bought a complete sofa set after moving into our newly built home 11 years ago. Never having bought furniture before we opted for microsuede after the salesman told us how easy they were to clean, with a one year old the idea of easy to clean sounded really good.
Little did I know that you can't just clean a little spot on micro fiber, you have to clean the whole thing. Then you have to brush it or the fabric stays hard to the touch. I recently informed my husband that I would not scrub them anymore. One of my Fibromyalgia symptoms is intense pain in my hands, scrubbing and gripping really makes my hands cramp up and hurt for hours.
The sofa that needed a cover the most is the one in our unfinished basement where my son and his friends hang out. With the boys spilling drinks and the dogs leaving wet marks whenever they lick themselves along with their shedding I needed something that was going to be able to washed frequently. After searching for sofa protectors online I found that INNX has Microfiber sofa protectors in a color that is very close to the tan color of my couches.
The material is very soft and has three layers of quilting giving it nice thick padding. The quilted stitching should make the protector survive many machine washes. Speaking of washing, it is machine washable but does have to be air dried instead of in the dryer.

The protector measures 74"H x 69"W and the armrest is 23.5"H x 20"W. My sofas have some big pillows sewn into the arms, they are so big that the protector doesn't completely cover them but I don't find that to be a problem. |

A strap is included to help hold the cover in place. The cover fits the sofa well enough that I opted not to use it. Easy to install and clean, machine wash on gentle cycle in cold water with suitable detergent. Do not bleach. Air dry recommended.
