Why Therafit? To give comfort to those of us who suffer from arch / heel pain, plantar fasciitis, and other foot pain issues. A few years ago I had to quit taking walks around our neighborhood because my legs would ache and my feet felt as if they were on fire. When that happened I had to get off my feet as soon as possible. I consider myself very fortunate when I got my first pair of Renee Walking Shoes from Therafit. They were so comfortable and helped my feet pain so much that I wore them everyday until it got too hot for sneakers, that's when I got my first pair of their beautiful Tiffany Silver Sandals. I just got the new Therafit Adrienne Women's Fabric Ankle Boots for this falls cooler weather.  

These booties have nylon fabric uppers and suede leather trim. The outsoles are made with thick rubber and have decent traction. The collars have some thick padding to support my ankles effectively. They are surprisingly very lightweight and do a great job at keeping my feet comfortable all day. To keep them from mold & bacteria they have been treated with Aegis Microbe Shield.

The insole is re-moveable, you can see the remarkable arch support
and deep built-in heel cushioning. Under the insole are two gel inserts for comfort.

The patented Personalized Comfort System (PCS) is an adjustable resistance control feature in the shoes shock-absorbing wedge. This patented feature uses three designed dual-density adapters that can be removed to change the shoe's impact resistance and cushioning. Are your feet tired after a days work? Just remove one or all three of the personal Comfort Adapters to change the resistance and to make the shoe as comfortable as you would like. These shoes are accepted by the National Posture Institute and the the American Podiatric Medical Association.

Therafit shoes have allowed me to be able to take short walks again and to be on my feet a lot longer. I wore my new boots to the Wildlife World Zoo & Aquarium last Saturday, by late afternoon my legs and feet were starting to hurt. As I sat on a bench resting my legs my 12 year old son reminded me about the adapters. I couldn't believe that my son was the one who knew what to do and that I had forgotten! Obviously, it has been awhile since I have had to deal with any leg or feet pain that I actually forgotten why I wear Therafit shoes. I like to wear the shoes with jeans but I am sure they would look good with just about any outfit.
