Cariloha makes Accessories, Apparel, & Bed and Bath products made out of Bamboo. The name is a combination of the Carribean Style and Hawaiian aloha. Why Bamboo? Bamboo is the most sustainable resource on the planet and provides full UVA/UVB protection. It is twice as soft as cotton and as soft as cashmere and silk for less money.  Bamboo is absorbent allowing moisture to naturally wick away from the skin, making it an antibacterial, hypoallergenic and a fast drying fabric. Cariloha's Bamboo fibers are 3 degrees cooler than cotton and their eco-luxury bamboo blend is biodegradable and sustainable, making it a clean and green choice for earth friendly consumers.

The Arden Shorts have a chic raw-edge, sewn-in Cariloha custom neck label with bamboo-soft tagging, Cariloha-green interior piping, and two front pockets.

The back of the shorts have two pockets with back-pocket branding tags.

The Bamboo Arden Shorts are made with 60% organic cotton and 40% Viscose from bamboo. They have a relaxed fit and a standard-rise cut. The shorts have contrast stitching that gives them a stylish look that lets me wear the shorts around town, camping or anywhere. They have a 13 inch inseam, the button loop lets you pull the legs up or down allowing you to wear them longer or shorter 2.5 inches. You can choose from three different colors: eggplant (as shown above), butter and taupe in multiple sizes.

These shorts are so soft and very comfortable. Since I have short legs I use the button hook to shorten them to fit me better. I wore these on a 99 degree day and I didn't have the sweaty wet pants that I normally would have gotten from other shorts I wear. The shorts are machine washable in cold water and can be tumble dried on low heat. It is recommended that you not use fabric softener other than fabric sheets since they cause the softener to cling to the bamboo fibers causing the fabric to lose its soft quality over time.
