Mr. Beams LED Spotlight Review

When my neighbor next door, whose husband happens to work for the sheriff’s department, told me their car was broken into I figured it was time to make sure we have all dark areas of our house set up with security spotlights. If an officer of the law's house isn't safe then obviously mine isn't either. When we had our house built we had most of the dark areas wired up with motion sensor spotlights but I noticed an area that needed a spotlight put in. Since my husband is not an electrician and we didn't want to cut holes into the house we opted for a battery operated light.

The MB330 Outdoor Security Spotlight is a battery operated motion sensor outdoor security spotlight that turns on & off automatically, detects motion up to 30 feet away, has 180 degree range of motion, puts out 140 lumens of very bright light, lights up approximately 400 feet of area, and the spotlight has an auto shut-off that goes off after no motion is detected for 30 seconds making it energy efficient. Mr. Beams long-lasting, energy efficient LED never needs replacing and is so efficient that you should be able to get more than 1800 activations on one set of batteries. The spotlight is made out of IP44 weatherproof plastic making it great for all seasons and measures 4x5x5. It requires three “D” batteries that are not included. Since it is battery operated there is no wiring involved and it comes with the mounting screws needed to attach it anywhere you need it. It was so easy my husband installed it in minutes.
