Feosol offers three different types of Iron Supplements:

I have been using the Feosol complete with Bifera for a month now and do I feel as if I have more energy. I didn't need to take Vitamin C with this iron supplement since absorption is enhanced with the heme form of iron. I suffered no constipation and let me tell you I was really happy with this, and I suffered no nausea. Just take one easy to swallow tablet daily.

Which of Feosol® three different formulas would be right for you? There are different ways to decide. Depending on how your body absorbs each form of iron, your current iron stored in your body, your diet may be low in iron. While we get iron from food, some people have nutritional deficiencies perhaps due to poor nutrition or poor iron absorption.Pregnant women, athletes, vegetarians, seniors, and young women would be good candidates for iron supplements. Off and on as a young adult and whenever I was pregnant with my first three children I ended up anemic and had to take iron supplements. I don't think I my diet was very good.. Antibiotics should not be taken within two hours of taking any iron supplement as these products could interfere with absorption.
