I am the type of person who likes to keep my digestive system cleaned out in order to feel at my best. If I could eat healthy all the time and stay away from fast food I probably wouldn't need to eliminate wastes and toxins from my body. iPurify is a colon cleanse that contains Vitamin C, Vitamin D, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-6, Folic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Fiber Herbal Blend: Senna Leaf, St. Johns Wort, Uva Ursi Leaf, Inulin, Psylium fiber, Thermagenic Blend: Guarana Seed Extract (Caffeine), Green Tea Leaf Extract (Caffeine), Ginger root.
These ingredients are intended to help get rid of those toxins and wastes that accumulate in the body*, it also promotes Weight Loss* and supports digestive system health*. They do not contain yeast, wheat, gluten,corn, soy, milk, egg, iron, and preservatives.

To use: take two (2) capsules with water after a meal in the evening as a dietary supplement, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

These made in the USA capsules are very easy on the system, they helped me to eliminate quickly so I didn't have to worry about having to stay in the restroom all morning. I did not have any stomach upset or cramping after taking them either. Even though caffeine is an ingredient I never felt jittery or unable to sleep at night. If you like a gentle cleanse then you should like this product. I do have to say that this product did not help me with weight loss, I only lost about a pound since using them. Perhaps, I might have lost more if I had taken them everyday till the bottle was empty.
