If you are a regular reader you know that I have Fibromyalgia and trying to be comfortable is a chore. One of my biggest complaints is foot pain that can be caused by too much walking or weather related. I have found that Therafit shoes are the perfect shoe because they have multiple layers and thickness for cushioning and support so that the shock of each step is distributed downward and outward, thus cushioning my foot on impact so I don't have foot pain later on. I have a pair of Therafit walking shoes and sandals that I just love so this time I chose the Maya Women's Casual Slip-On Shoe in denim blue for fall wear since I tend to wear denim jeans when the weather is cooler and thought they would look nice together.

These shoes have a patented Personalized Comfort System (PCS), an adjustable resistance control feature in the shoes shock-absorbing wedge that uses three designed dual-density adapters that can be removed to change the shoe's impact resistance and cushioning. Do your feet get more tired as the day progresses? Just remove one or all three of the personal Comfort Adapters to change the resistance and to make the shoe as comfortable as you would like. I always start the day with all the adapters in, if the day includes a lot of walking I start removing them as needed.

The Therafit shoes slip-on easily, have great arch support which I need for my flat feet, they are also good for other foot pain symptoms such as heel pain and plantar fasciitis.  They have deep heel cups that keep my heel from slipping out, and removeable socklining insoles that lift and support my feet. The shoes have suede leather trim with white stitching.

I like the casual denim look with capri or long jeans. I find these shoes to be comfortable and my feet don't sweat and smell with or without socks after wearing them all day long thanks to the breathable materials.

The Therafit brand is dedicated towards these four ideals: Charity, Customers, Community and Comfort and with each purchase of Therafits a portion goes directly to the charity of your choice. Visit Therafit to learn more, connect with them on FacebookTwitter, and Pinterest to hear about new products, specials and promotions.
