About five years ago I found myself unable to take long walks because my feet would start burning, then my legs would cause me pain during the night which led to much tossing and turning until I was so tired I would fall asleep. Fortunately, my husband learned to sleep with my constant motions. All that has changed with Therafit shoes and their contoured foot bed that fit the shape of your foot, shock absorbing midsoles that feature an awesome arch support, deep heel-cups for stability and comfort making them perfect for those of us who suffer from pain caused by Plantar Fasciitis, flat feet, and other foot problems.

I chose the burgundy colored flats to match the dress I will be wearing to this years Renaissance Festival, this way I can walk all day long and not have to worry about having tired aching feet at the end of the day. The uppers are made with a lace fabric with a embroidered flower pattern. I think they are beautiful!

The flats come with a carrying bag, PCS information, and heel grips.

The leather heel grips are self adhesive and give the heel support. This make the shoes a lot more comfortable.

These flats have the patented Personalized Comfort System (PCS), which is an adjustable resistance control feature in the shoes shock-absorbing wedge. This patented feature uses three designed dual-density adapters that can be removed to change the shoe' impact resistance and cushioning. Remove 1-3 of the personal Comfort Adapters to change the resistance and to make the shoe as comfortable as you would like. These help keep your feet comfortable all day long. The heels are 1.5 inches high, since I am on the short side I appreciate the extra height!

The lining material has been treated with Aegis Microbe Shield to help prevent mold and bacteria. They have a great arch support, you can tell how high the arch is by the length of the shoe material from back to the middle. The removeable insoles are cushioned and have gel inserts for comfort.

The outsoles are made of rubber and have great traction to keep me from slipping.

The Coco Lace Ballet Flats are very comfortable and look lovely with jeans, dresses, or leggings. They are also available in these colors; beige, navy, and black in sizes ranging from 6.5 to 11.

These shoes are endorsed by the National Posture Institute and also approved by the American Podiatric Medical Association. Check out the new 2015 Holiday Collection at Therafit Shoe to learn more and don't forget to enter the monthly giveaway for a chance to win a pair of these great shoes.
