Mercola Himalayan Salt Lamp Review

Mercola is a natural health website that sells a wide variety of natural products such as: Health Supplements, Food & Beverage Products, Natural Personal Care Products, Household Products, Pet Products, Kids Products, Fitness Products and more. I was curious about their Himalayan Salt Lamps. I did some research about these lamps and learned about Himalayan Salt having a healing effect on the people who mined it. Soon people from all over used the salt to rid themselves of respiratory diseases such as, allergies, asthma, and hay fever.

Salt lamps are not only known for its anti-fungal, anti-microbial, and anti-bacterial properties but they also produce negative ions when heated. Negative ions bond freely with positively charged dust and other small particles in the air. When the positive and negative ions bond it creates a heavier particle allowing it to drop to the floor, leaving the air free from dust and particles. When the Himalayan Salt Lamp Carved Bowl with Chunks of Himalayan Salt arrived, I thought It was pretty unique looking. The bowl is round and orange with some pink in color and each rough rock is exclusively different. The Himalayan Salt Lamp is not only beautiful to look at; it also makes a great night light. We leave our lamp burning night and day to keep the air purified in our home. I am amazed to see that the amount of particles floating around our front room has drastically reduced. I would love to have one of these lamps in all the rooms of my house.
