Marukan Vinegars are naturally slowed brewed for rich flavor, delicate aroma, mild taste, and lower acidity. The vinegars are made with all natural ingredients, are non-GMO verified, certified organic, and Kosher Certified by Star K.

When my Marukan Gourmet Gift-Pack consisting of GENUINE BREWED Rice Vinegar, SEASONED GOURMET Rice Vinegar, and All Natural PONZU arrived I was so excited to try the enclosed recipes since I don't normally use seasoned vinegars, just plain rice vinegars for salsa and salad dressings. Boy were we in for a flavorful change as these flavorful vinegars are great to use for Spring and Summer BBQ's and easy summer dishes.

• MARUKAN All Natural PONZU – Premium Soy Dressing with Sudachi Citrus: This product is 100% vegan and great flavor alternative to soy sauce. My third born son who had just returned from a trip to Hawaii, told me that the people they stayed with served Ponzu with their rice and he loved it. Boy, I was not disappointed as the Ponzu flavored vinegar has a wonderful citrus flavor that really spiced up my rice. No more regular soy sauce for my rice, steaks, and BBQ's.

• MARUKAN GENUINE BREWED Rice Vinegar: This Artisan vinegar takes 2 months to brew and contains NO sodium, fat, sugar, artificial ingredients or calories. It is naturally gluten free and non-GMO. We like to add this to sliced, peeled cucumbers and sliced onions for a refreshing summer salad.

• MARUKAN SEASONED GOURMET Rice Vinegar: Non-GMO and naturally gluten and fat free. The tartness in this vinegar is perfect for grilled fish or used in salad dressings. You can use this vinegar to increase the flavor for marinades, sauces, and dips.

Try this Sriracha Hummus recipe from Marukan:

1 sm can of chic peas (garbanzo beans)
1 oz. Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Vinegar
3 Tbls Sriracha hot chili sauce

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth texture. Add garnish if you like. Great as a dip or a spread on sandwiches. For more Marukan Recipes click here.
