I was asked if I wanted to go watch a movie with my granddaughter this summer and I thought "Sure, why not, I haven't seen a girl movie in forever". Well, the movie turned out to be "Frozen" and I loved it. I found it to be charming, delightful and the music was awesome. It turns out my granddaughter and every other little girl I know also loved it! If you are a parent or grandparent of a child who has watched the Frozen movie then you have most likely heard them singing the songs "Let It Go" and "Do You Want To Build A Snowman?". When I was given the opportunity to review the Frozen - The Songs Soundtrack CD  I knew I had to do it for my granddaughter. Sure enough as soon as she saw the CD she got very excited and I had to play it right away. Did you know that the Frozen soundtrack is the top-selling album of 2014 and spent 33 consecutive weeks in the top 5 on the Billboard 200 chart, including 13 consecutive weeks at No. 1? It is certified triple Platinum, selling more than 3.2 million units and over 8.4 million tracks. Also the “Let It Go” film clip from “Frozen” has been viewed over 300 million times on YouTube. I have a very happy little girl who not only was excited about listening to her favorite songs whenever she wants to but she was even happier to get stickers to use and a poster for her room.
