The Mahi Mahi comes in a 24 oz box with 4 - 6 oz portions of  individually vacuum sealed thick cut fillets. You have to add your own seasonings. I rubbed the defrosted fillets with olive oil, then added taco seasoning before grilling on the barbecue. They cooked in approximately 24 minutes. I did flip them once halfway through. The fillets have a firm texture and sweet taste. I will buy these fillets again. You can cook these fillets on a stove top or oven. 

The Southwest Roasted Corn comes in a 24 oz. resealable bag that serves 7. This package contains fire roasted yellow corn, red & green peppers, onions, and black beans in a southwest style seasoning. This vegetable side dish is so easy to make, just add frozen veggies to a pan (for cooking on a stove top) while stirring for approximately 5 minutes. You can grill or microwave if you wish. This corn dish has a real roasted taste and is very yummy. This is a limited time item, however I will purchase this item again whenever it is available.
