I used to have a muffin pan but I tossed it in the trash when I couldn't stand the way it looked anymore. I haven't purchased a replacement one since I didn't want to get the same kind of cheap pan I had before, plus I don't have the space in my cupboard anymore for another pan, which means I haven't made cupcakes for awhile. The problem is that everytime my son's class has a party, he nominates me to bring in cupcakes. It started to get expensive when I would have to end up buying them pre-made at the store. When I saw the
California Kitchenware Butterfield Silicone Cupcake Molds I figured I would give them a try.

Filled with batter

The California Kitchenware molds are made with food-grade, non-stick silicone.  packaged in a tube of 12 cups that measure 2"x3"x1.5" and come in three different colors; blue, pink, and yellow (White colored ones are also available). The signature cups can up used in the oven up to 500 degrees F, and can also be used in the freezer or microwave. With these silicone cups you don't need a muffin pan, you can use the cupcake molds individually on a jelly-roll pan or a flat cookie sheet or use them in standard muffin pans.

They hold up well after baking.

The  CKW Butterfield cupcake molds are so versatile that not only can you use them to bake  cupcakes, cheesecakes, and muffins but they can be used as geletin molds, individual brownies, and more. These different colored molds are fun for kids making them perfect for events, parties, or baking with the family.

The present well when finished.

The cupcakes come out easily of the flexible baking cups. You can clean the cups by hand or in the top rack of the dishwasher. When dry they can be stacked making them easy to store. I am very satisfied with the way the molds work, so now I can just use the cookie sheets I already own without having to get a muffin pan. I think they would make a great gift for someone who does not have a lot of room.
