I like to wear flats and sneakers year round but I don't like having smelly feet that can happen when my feet start sweating living in the Arizona heat. While I wear sandals as much as possible,  I do have to wear sneakers when camping, hiking, or working in the yard.
When I was asked by Zederna if I would like to test an innovative insole made out of cedarwood, I have to admit that I was curious as to why would they use Cedarwood? I found that the cedarwood has natural antibacterial characteristics that helps to kill the bacteria that causes stinky feet giving me a big incentive to try them out.  These chemical free insoles not only help against foot odour and sweaty feet but they can also help protect you from getting nail fungus and athlete's foot.

Zederna insoles are so thin and comfortable you can't even feel them in your shoe. They are available in woman sizes 5-13.5 and mens sizes 3-14. They can be used in all most of your shoes so it is recommended that you get a few pairs so you don't have to keep changing the insoles from shoe to shoe giving the natural inserts a chance to recover and increasing it effectiveness span.

I have been using the Zederna insoles in my tennis shoes for over two months and my feet stayed dry, I had no foot odor and my shoes still smelled like cedarwood even after going camping and hiking (Note: It is stated on the package that the natural Zederna Effect does decrease after about 3-6 months). I am impressed with how effective these cedarwood insoles work.  I don't have to use these insoles just in the summertime but I can also use these insoles in the winter to give me extra protection from the cold and to keep protecting my feet from bacteria that cause foot fungus and athlete's foot.
