My husband is big pork rinds fan so when I told him about Rudolph's having different flavors he couldn't wait to try them. I received a package of Original, Bold BBQ, and Hot & Spicy for us to try. A Chili & Lime is also available, this is one I must find and try. If you ask my husband for his favorite he wouldn't be able to pick just one since he thoroughly enjoyed them all. I would choose the Hot & Spicy because I love spicy food and these one where just the right amount of spice and hotness for me. Our youngest son would pick original since he does not care for spicy food. Our other boys picked the barbecue for the nice smokey taste they love. 

Did you know you can make all kinds of things from pork rinds? I was intrigued when I found out that I can make pizza crust, fried chicken breading, and more. For game days we will no longer eat these crispy treats plain, I will definately incorporate these in more of my recipes. 

Did you know that May is National Salsa Month? Well we decided to spice up our pork rinds with salsa to see how well we would enjoy them and we liked the combination.
