Will feeding my dogs a raw or dehydrated diet be beneficial? #ChewyInfluenser

I didn't know much about feeding pets a raw diet until a few years ago when one of my parents neighbors mentioned that it was what how she fed her dogs. I figured that was great for her big dogs that easily weigh over a hundred pounds each but I really couldn't see myself cutting up raw chicken to feed my little dogs. Then last summer my brother told me that he began feeding his dog a raw diet after talking to said neighbor. After he explained a bit about how much better it has been for her digestion, skin and coat it made me wonder if it would benefit Redford and Trixie.

Since my issue was having to deal with raw meat I did some more research and discovered that freeze dried raw food is an option. I am excited to start them on the Only Natural Pet Freeze-Dried Raw Food that I got from Chewy. My two will be trying the chicken & liver ones to start.

These dehydrated nibblets actually don't smell bad, our bag of dog food smells more than these RawNibs do. I just assumed they might have a stronger odor due to the liver. Not only do these little morsels have ground chicken and liver but they also contain goats milk along with fruits & vegetables. There is no grain so I am curious to see if the will eat more or less food and how it will affect their stools.  The package says to gradually add more raw to their normal dog food so I will do an update post after they have been eating it for a couple of weeks.
