Krill Oil Review and Giveaway - ends 4/16

My doctor wanted to put me on high cholesterol pills a few years ago. I did some research and found out that if I added omega 3 to my diet it would help. Well, I started taking some and my cholesterol levels dropped enough that my doctor decided I didn’t need to be on the cholesterol medication after all.

Everest Nutrition Krill Oil is oil that has been harvested from antarctic krill, a shrimp like crustacean that live in the ocean. This Krill Oil is an excellent source of Omega 3s, especially EPA and DHA, the two essential fatty acids the body needs to maintain excellent health. It also contains astaxanthin, which is known as a very powerful anti oxidant to help the body get rid of free radicals that contribute to various diseases and illnesses plus it is also known for its anti-aging capabilities.

Krill oil is good for combating inflammationprotecting your heart, optimizing your brain's capabilities, lowering your cholesterolfighting PMS symptoms, fighting aging  and boosting your overall health and wellbeing! krill oil's Omega 3 structure is linked together in a different form compared to fish oil. The essential fatty acids in fish oil are made up in triglyceride form, whereas krill oil is linked together in phospholipid form – the same structure as the fat cells in the human body! This makes absorption of Omega 3s faster and easier.

Each Krill Oil capsule contains 1,250 mg of 100% Pure Krill Oil. I take the suggested adult dosage of 2 capliques daily with breakfast. It is suggested that children aged six and older take only one caplique daily. I have taken these for a month and I haven't gotten fish burps but I always make sure I take any pills with food to keep from getting an upset stomach. I have more energy and I haven't  bloated all month. I tend to bloat when I eat something I shouldn't.
I found it interesting that Omega-3's are not only good for humans but it is also good for pets, see here

Visit the Everest Nutrition to purchase some for yourself. The cost is $29.95 / 900 rub. for a bottle off 60 capsules, approximately a month supply. You can connect with Everest Nutrition of Facebook
